Lenny-designed recovery device for every item in the game. You can put used traps, black market valuables and convert them into each of the 4 resources.

Scrapper has three levels, each with a specific chance of getting resources. The basic one recovers 20%, the improved 35%, and the best 50% of the resources needed to craft the item.
